2. Colors, details, and decorative elements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of custom cakes.
3. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.
4. All deposits are non-refundable.
5. Orders cancelled at least 5 days before the event date may have the deposit transferred as store credit. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event will result in loss of deposit.
6. Please allow up to 36 hours for a response and quote.
7. Once quote is provided, the deposit must be submitted within 48 hours to secure your order date. Orders are NOT Confirmed until deposit is sent.
