Custom Cake FAQ's & Policies

We recommend submitting custom cake requests at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders requested with less notice may be accepted based on availability and may be subject to a rush fee.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and event date. Once a quote has been provided, the deposit must be received within 48 hours or the quote will expire and availability is no longer guaranteed.

The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Quotes are valid for 48 hours. If a deposit is not received within that timeframe, a new quote may be required and availability is not guaranteed.
